Management Experience
5+ years management experience
2+ years experience working in a traditional managed services provider
Understanding of server, storage, networking and cloud technologies
Knowledge of current digital transformation trends
Connectwise management and maintenance
Experience with BrightGauge and/or Power BI
Strong presentation skills
Strong Microsoft skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and any other relevant tools
